This is a true story. The prompting to put it down in print has come from years of being nagged to do so! Jon and Sue Alsop had a three year old son, Jethro. Home was a 16th century cottage in Shotesham, Norfolk, East Anglia. Due to a dramatic change of circumstances brought about by UK taxation laws, Jon’s one man sail making business suddenly became unviable. Their options were to change careers, Sue to go back to work and Jon become house husband, or to change track completely and have an adventure. They chose the latter.
